Michel Moutier trained in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapie) and Mindfulness at Work. He shares his knowledge with companies, managers and leaders, and individuals who are motivated to learn more about the benefits of Mindfulness and would like to integrate the Mindfulness practices into their daily lives.
Curriculum 6 week Mindfulness Program online
- We use collaborative tools like Zoom or Skype that allow a good communication quality
- The sessions take place at fixed dates with group of 5 to 10 people so that we can maximise interactions
- 6 weeks training, each session lasts 1 hour
- Homework to do between the sessions to maximise the benefits of the learning: readings, exercices, observations,..
- In the program we have included vidéos, quizz, links to readings, discussion group, audiofile for each meditation, to maximise the learning
- The price is fixed at 360€ /person everything included

Before starting the training
- Introduction video : presentation of the trainers, the concept of Mindfulness at Work, the program for the 6 weeks
- Personal Action Plan template sent to participants so that they can take notes and write down their actions
- Online stress questionnaire sent to the participants
- Participants will have to fill in a document for the data protection
